Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It is written to be read, not to cover anybody in legal fog, so it is short and specific.
The short version. This website has no server of its own and no database. It does not store anything you type. When you send an enquiry, your message goes straight to my WhatsApp from your own device, and you press send yourself.

What the enquiry form collects, and where it goes
The enquiry form asks for your name, optionally your email, what you are looking to do (buy, sell, rent and so on), and an optional message.
That information is never sent to this website. There is no backend to receive it. Your browser assembles what you typed into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp on your own device, with the message ready but unsent. Nothing reaches me until you press send yourself, and you can edit or discard it first.
The same applies to the "Ask for price" and "Curious? Ask lah!" buttons on each listing. They open WhatsApp with a message naming that listing and a link back to it, so I know what you are asking about. Nothing is sent without you.
Once you do send, your message and your phone number sit in my WhatsApp, the same as any other conversation. I use them to reply to you and to help with the property matter you contacted me about. I do not sell contact details, and I do not add anyone to bulk marketing blasts.
WhatsApp is a separate service
WhatsApp is operated by Meta, not by me, and it handles your message under its own privacy policy. If you would rather not use it, email or phone me instead.
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical information when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks and abuse. I do not have access to a per-visitor log of who read which page.
The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. This means your browser makes a request to Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) when the page loads, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. This is the only third party the page contacts on load.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or visitor tracking.
Photographs
Property photographs on this site are of the projects and units listed. The photographs showing clients are published with the permission of the people in them. If you appear in a photograph here and want it taken down, message me and I will remove it, no explanation needed.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask me to show you what personal information I hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or stop using it. Message or email me and I will action it. There is no form to fill in and no fee.
Changes to this notice
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top will tell you when. The most likely change is the advertising section, once I start running Google Ads.
